The
reason for this is simple: the Internet.
- With
our extensive experience in the fitness field, we can
give you the same level of service (more, in fact!)
without ever meeting you face-to-face.
- Training
online is faster and more convenient than going to a
trainer in person and that makes it easier (and less
expensive) for us to serve you better.

Who
are you?
When
you sign up for personal training at Urban
Publishing Co, Inc. ,
we want to know who you are and what you want for yourself.
- You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about yourself, stating
your goals, current lifestyle, schedule and more!
- The more detailed your answers, the better we are able to make your
program!
When
your program is ready (generally 2-3 days, depending on the
complexity of the program), it will be e-mailed straight to your
e-mail box or mailed out to your place of address. What ever you
desire!
Your
initial program will consist of:
- A personalized exercise program designed around your questionnaire
responses.
- Detailed exercise technique instruction filled with tips on how to
improve the efficiency of your exercise.
- A personal nutrition strategy.
- Weight-training and cardiovascular-training information.
- Much, much more!
How It
Works:
When you sign up for your
initial program, you will go through and fill in your
questionnaire. We will then work with you to put together the best
program that matches your lifestyle and goals.
But
it doesn't stop there!
Instead of following the very
limiting practice of setting a time limit on your program, e.g.
train for 1 month or 2 months, we have chosen to go a different
route. You get updated programs as you need them, not when when a
certain arbitrary period of time has gone by!
Let me put it this way...when
you train, your body aparts to whatever program you put it on.
Some people adapt faster and some people adapt slower. Nothing
works forever. Follow your initial program for as long as it gets
you results - when you're ready for a new program, let us know and
we'll set up a new one for you based on your updated goals and
previous training for only HALF the price of the initial program.
It could be 6 weeks, it could
be 6 months. It doesn't matter when you choose to get your updated
program, it will always be the same price. Plus, you will receive
unlimited e-mail support from your
Personal Trainer
whenever you need it at
any time! Support doesn't stop after 1 month or after any
period of time. We are always here to help.
This program update system is a
tremendous benefit to you - train according to how your body
progresses, not according to a pre-set time schedule.
